Disable/enable the analog joystick as follows:
Home -> settings -> about this machine -> user settings -> menu settings -> 2, 5, enter -> menu settings -> 9, 1, 4, enter -> power off machine then back on
home -> settings -> about
Verify analog joystick is off / on as desired.
