With all versions of AllenCAD you can reset your menus to default by:

Close AllenCad

start file explorer

in the address bar of file explorer Type

%appdata%

delete everything in the AllenCAD 64 directory. (allencad 11) and Allencad for prior versions of allencad

Start AllenCAD
