Allen Cutter is able to print a DirectCut test cut manually with cutter and also with the DirectCut print driver but unable to print via Gerber Omega software, it is being observed that the printer attempts to print job but just barely moves.
Issue:
Commonly a Gerber Omega Registry file related issue.
Resolution:
Install Gerber Registry file:
You will need to install a patch file for the composer. Follow instructions in the attachment "Omega Registry Installation" document to download and install registry patch file.
Open composer, follow second attachment "Gerber Printing" and try printing .
This should hopefully resolve your issue.
